Paula Scanlan - Save Women's Sports
Paula Scanlan is an activist and speaker for Independent Women's Forum, speaking at events across the country in support of women's only spaces and freedom of speech. During the 2021-2022 season, she was a member of the University of Pennsylvania women's swim team, when the school administration allowed Will Thomas, a man who was previously a member of the UPenn men's swim team, to join the women's swim team. Girls on the swim team were forced to share the same locker room with Will Thomas, and were told that if they felt uncomfortable about it, that they were the problem and needed to seek counseling. Paula details her experience speaking out against the actions of the school administration and fighting for keep women's sports safe for women.
